Validations of releases are done through a consent decision making process.

The Collaboratory User Group validates the Coordination release candidate when an OnlyOffice license with more sessions is installed.
Objection 1: The Coordination Release needs external users.
ACTION: Postponed to next release with priority
Objection 2: The Coordination Release is not a valid documentary system.
Objection 3: The Coordination Release needs a user managed group system.
ACTION: Postponed to next release with priority
Status: Proposal is amended into proposal 3 and 4.
Proposal 3 - validated
Date: 08/05/2019
Validation of a release candidate by the user group is made against documented use cases with perimeters. When the user group validates a release candidate, it implies that its members agree that the use cases are fulfilled and that they can be communicated to the impacted users.
Status: validated by user group on 28/05/2019
Proposal 4 - validated
Date: 08/05/2019
The Collaboratory User Group validates the Coordination release candidate when:
- an OnlyOffice license with more sessions is installed
- the release is documented with use cases and perimeters (browser to use, aspects to pay attention to...)
- the OnlyOffice concurrent sessions issue is fixed (issue #64)
Status: validated by user group on 28/05/2019
