There is a known issue in the Drive.

When a file is open in OnlyOffice and the file is renamed in the Drive, future edits in OnlyOffice are lost.

This is a bug with the integration of Seafile (the tool used to implement Collaboratory.drive) with OnlyOffice.

The workaround is, when renaming an Office file in the Drive, to start by opening the file in the Collaboratory's OnlyOffice to check if other users have it open.

If you are the only user with the file open, rename the file in Drive, and then close it in OnlyOffice.
