Firefox settings

For users who use Firefox and who set their browser settings for better privacy protection, the following configuration can avoid some issues. Settings are managed under the Firefox hamburger menu > Options or Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Permissions.

For Collaboratory 2, allow local storage from the following domain:

• https://wiki.ebrains.eu

This avoids being proposed the guided tour every time you visit that web page in a new tab.

For Collaboratory 1, allow cookies from third party domains for the following domains:

• https://service.humanbrainproject.eu
• https://collab.humanbrainproject.eu

This avoids a known race condition at login which can cause logins to fail without an error message.
